You can't even have a thought what may happen to you today. All that is disagreeable and even dismal. In most cases the solution can be found.

Of course, you can't make a pretension on the feelings of some man or women or anything like this, but you can simply do it if the role of your insulter is played by the company which served you not appropriately. Use more polite and formal phrases and your complaint will be regarded as a serious document, not as a notice of uncivil person. Don't resort to the unfair actions during the process.

To remain competitive on the market any company tries to satisfy the pissed customers to raise the rating. The way you advise the corporation about its mistake can influence the way the corporation remedies the misconception.
